Peanut Butter Banana Toast

A really simple, healthy breakfast when you need to make something quick and get out the door in the morning. You could easily make this with another nut butter like almond butter if you prefer or have a peanut allergy (like my husband!)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 tsp flax seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • SUPER simple instructions for this one. Toast the bread and spread peanut butter, sliced bananas, flax seeds, and chia seeds on top. I like to have this with a glass of milk for a quick breakfast in the mornings.
