Kodiak Cakes Berry Pancakes
Quick and easy way to make protein-packed pancakes for a filling breakfast in the mornings. Top it with whatever berries you like to get some color and nutrients in as well.
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Kodiak buttermilk mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- Kodiak Mountain Berry Super Fruit Syrup
- berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
- powdered sugar (optional)
Heat a griddle to about 350 degrees.
Crack the egg into a mixing bowl and whisk.
Add Kodiak buttermilk mix.
Add the milk gradually while stirring to make sure you get the right consistency. Sometimes I find that I need slightly less or more than 3/4 cup milk.
Cook your pancakes on the griddle and top with fruit syrup, berries of choice, and a sprinkle of powered sugar on top for looks!
